Sundays, 10-11 AM - Self-Care Sunday (60 min)

Enjoy a slow, mindful end to your week. Class content is responsive to requests made by folks who attend live. Sometimes we’ll gently move, sometimes we’ll deeply rest. Always includes meditation and/or pranayama. Always low-key, adaptive, and suitable for folks with chronic illness. You can even join from bed.

Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00pm - Restful Yin (60 min)

Meditative postures for deep self-connection. Slow, floor-based postures held for 2-5 minutes at a time. Some mild/moderate intensity in terms of physical stretching. Sitting and laying down. Sometimes some restorative yoga too. Mellow and mindfulness-focused. Suitable for anyone who is okay to sit on the ground.
