  3. Complete the info required. A confirmation email and class reminder emails will be sent to your inbox.

About the classes:

Enjoy a welcoming, therapeutic hatha yoga practice! Each class is designed to leave you feeling present, spacious, and calm through movement, breath, and other yogic techniques to support your wellbeing. All are welcome and the instructions provided are intended to support a range of experience and mobility levels.

Each class begins with a thoughtful centering to guide you toward attunement with your breath and body, followed by a gentle movement sequence to release tension, build internal strength, and cultivate peace of mind. We end with a restful cool down and savasana for deep release and integration of your practice.

An emphasis will always be placed on choice-making and moving in ways that feel good and supportive in your individual body. Katie will offer different options and variations of yoga postures and movements throughout. You’re always welcome to make requests by logging into the Zoom space a few minutes prior to the start of class.

Suggested props: yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, blanket or bath towel (or any other yoga props/household items you may have on hand).
