What

Gentle, cosy yoga classes to support you throughout Winter. We’ll breathe, move, rest together - feeling the support of the collective, the Earth and reconnecting with our inner Self.

It’s an invitation to slow down and practise deep care for yourself and others.

WHO

Classes are led by Audrey and Katie - skilled adaptive yoga teachers with lived experience of chronic illness, Disability, queerness, and Neurodivergence.

WHY

So you can show up as the best version of yourself, for others, and the planet - with wisdom and calm. You’re invited to show up exactly as you are with a group of supportive, like-minded individuals who are also prioritizing rest and community connection.

 
 

REGISTRATION

  • 3-tiered sliding scale designed to be accessible and equitable. Full series registration deadline: Saturday, Jan 25 @ 8AM (PST)

Please consider what you can contribute, especially if you are in a position to pay at the higher end of the scale to support others.
